Today is going to be an excellent day. Nothing more is required to be done. The day is already underway and was created for our own personal enjoyment. Now all we need do is to choose enjoyment.

Look at the woman in this photo. I love it. If I were walking along the beach and saw this woman I would want to go over and talk to her. Meet her. Ask her about her life today.

It is a combination of her infectious smile, her exuberance and her energy. How interesting that it is so simple for us to create a persona that others want to both engage with and emulate. And that is my choice today. To share a smile, to be joyfully enthusiastic and radiate positive energy to everyone I meet today.

The miraculous thing to me is that I will receive exactly the same in return. Sometimes as I walk down the street I notice that people will smile at me. Sometimes it catches me a bit off guard and then I realize that in fact I am walking down the street with a smile on my own face and people are just acknowledging and sharing in it with me.

Can it be this simple? You bet it is. However we choose to face the world today will be exactly what we experience in return. So my advice is to choose carefully. Smile.

Today I have only one wish for each of us (myself included). I hope to at the end of my day be wearing a smile of both contentment and exuberance. This is the type of day I am going to choose today and I hope you do as well.
