People are like vases. Each one is slightly different although there are many that are similar. But the important thing to remember is that if you try to alter the vase you will only damage it. A vase is not component parts like a car. You can easily swap parts in cars but not so with people. We are completely finished and done. And each one of us is perfect exactly the way we are right now. There is not just beauty in the eye of the beholder, there is perfection. It is our view that needs to change not the person we examine.

I know, you are having a difficult time believing me but I assure that I am correct. You are the perfectly engineered specimen of yourself. You are the perfect you. Your design is complete. In this moment right now you are spiritually magnificent. This does not stop you from making choices but I hope it will stop you passing such harsh judgement. You are perfect.

There is a incredible life force alive within you and it is perfect. Because it is perfect you are perfect. How else could it be? Now this is not to say that we cannot dress ourselves up and certainly we can change our appearance and our activities and even our minds, but in truth our design is already perfect so we need to stop telling ourselves the story of  “if only”.

“If only” is the fastest train to “never can be”. Don’t be tempted to buy a ticket. Everyone who goes there hates it and wants to escape as fast as possible. “Never can be” is lonely which is amazing seeing as so many people have travelled there. The problem is that once you arrive you are stuck in front of the mirror of mistaken images. The mirror shows only flaws. In truth it is the mirror which is flawed but many people have stared into the mirror for many hours not realizing it is a flaw in the mirror they are seeing and not a flaw within themselves.

You are so perfect in fact that you created yourself reading this article right now so that you could celebrate the truth of your perfection. And so please absorb these words fully. Please celebrate the perfect you that I see. If you could see yourself through my eyes you would see the magnificent miracle that you truly are and I tell you the the truth when I say to you:
