I have discovered that always being willing to lend a helping hand has resulted in many people always available to help me.

Now I am not suggesting that you think of this like an investment account and go out and start making deposits. Because I am confident the universe reads our energy and will see through the thin veil of our false intention.

I am suggesting that you genuinely start to help other people. It is amazingly contagious. Just start to be a helper in the world. When people need something think of how you can personally contribute.

There is an interesting correlation to me that the people who do the most for themselves and the least for others actually attract the most conflict into their lives. Now I am not sure why this would be but I have noticed it seems to happen.

Perhaps it is as simple as like attracts like. Perhaps we do not help others because we do not feel good about ourselves. When we help out of obligation we create the same false pretense as “giving to get”. Since we are basically an energy signal our intention (deepest desire at the sub-conscious level) is generated automatically. So drop the pretense and simply try your best. As some of my friends would say “fake it ’til you make it”. Trying is like hoping. It is a positive signature and will result in a higher vibration of our consciousness.

So today set yourself a spiritual goal. Make helping a conscious active choice today. Be aware as you move through your daily living of the others around you and if and when the opportunity to help arises, seize up on it. And you will find that there is an immediate personal reward as well as a longer term deeper effect in your life. And so it shall be.
