One of the necessities of life is water. Science teaches us that biological life forms all share one thing in common, we require water. The conditions of the water can vary, sometimes to an extreme and yet life can still survive there.
This may be all that is required for the physicality of life but it does not address the spirituality of life. I believe that each instance of life also has a spiritual prototype. A perfect creation in the form of an idea which is in essence the glass into which the water of life is poured. It is from the idea of our perfect form that we can be manifest as human, living on the earth. When we are children we do not question this perfection. We accept our perfect selves and express ourselves however we want, moment to moment. But as we grow into adulthood we seem to add layer upon layer of ego into the equation so that often it is hard to even see our real selves anymore.
There is a powerful tool that we can employ to peel away the layers of misperception from our spiritual perfection. The tool is our imagination. Right now you can release your true inner spiritual prototype and shed the layers of misbelief. It is like a spiritual x-ray and allows us to see through to our perfect internal design structure. You are and always have been a masterpiece.
In order to rediscover your own perfection you will need to relax. Perhaps you will want to close your eyes. Some people enjoy the scent from a lit candle or even the sounds of the rain falling outside their window. Whatever it is that works to relax you will be perfect. And once you are relaxed then let your imagination be your guide as you explore the baby you only weeks after your birth. Go back in time. See the image of the infant you. Look at those big beautiful eyes. Look at the incredible perfection in those tiny hands and feet. See yourself peaceful and relaxed yet bright and alert discovering new things each moment and knowing you are loved. Now remember this image the next time you are choosing to judge yourself. Think of the baby you and then nurture the special, perfect creation of life called you. Instead of judgement choose new discovery. It is your life. It is your choice. Live the life you would love to have.
