Live the life you love to live…

There is no reason for us not to go after what we want in life, yet often it seems to be difficult or even out of reach. Why is it that some people seem to achieve so much more than others do?

One word. Attitude. You get out of life what you put into it. You receive what you believe. So today I want to concentrate on how to build the life we love to live.

Sometimes I believe our dreams elude us because in fact we are not clear about what we dream. We are attracted to so many things that we confuse the universe with admire versus desire.

We admire when we are pleased with or we gaze upon something or someone with wonderment. We have a good opinion of it. We, by the very nature of our observation of it have distanced ourselves from it. We are in essence looking from afar. So often I believe we think we have set a clear intention of desire when in fact we have chosen to admire.

Desire on the other hand is much more visceral.  It is not intellectual, it is emotional. When we desire we have engaged our elemental emotions. We crave it. We relate to it. We believe we deserve it. We desire it. The very nature of desire is emotional.

So when we dream we need to be more in touch with the deeper emotional self. The desirer not the admirer. So today describe your dreams with as much visceral emotion as possible. Allow yourself to fully experience what it feels like to have achieved your dream. And then let it go and let the universe do the work. What you believe  you will receive.
